The present invention relates to a location-based message service system using environment information. According to the present invention, the system includes: a reference location registration terminal; a reference location sharer terminal; and a reference location-based message service server. The reference location registration terminal registers a reference location and an attribute of the reference location in the message server, collects and transmits environment information of the reference location to the message server, registers a reference location-based message that matches the reference location in the message server, and designates a reference location sharer terminal and transmits information of the designated reference location sharer terminal to the message server. The reference location-based message service server includes a reference location server and a message server, and thus, the reference location-based message service server stores the registered reference location, the attribute of the reference location, and the environment information in the reference location server, and stores the reference location-based message and information of the reference location sharer terminal in the message server. The designated reference location sharer terminal notifies a user of the reference location sharer terminal of the reference location-based message when the reference location sharer terminal approaches the reference location.
