The present invention relates to a method and system for indoor leakage diagnosis using metering data of a water supply customer, and a system thereof, comprising: (a) a step of collecting metering data of a customer meter by a customer metering data collecting module, and storing the collected data in a metering data database; and (b) a step of analyzing a flow dispersion type of a main flow meter and a meter of each household by an indoor leakage diagnosis module to determine a first indoor leakage, and analyzing a time series flow pattern type to determine a second indoor leakage. As such, the present invention is able to determine an occurrence and the occurrence location of indoor leakage by using the metering data of the water supply customer, and also is able to determine a failure of the meter or even an error of the meter.
