The present invention relates to a broadcast and communication convergence job creation device using artificial intelligence and online information and a method thereof, capable of enabling a job creation content developer using artificial intelligence to find jobs for capabilities and aptitudes of the public by making the public have optimal job skills through future job creation and one-to-one job customization. Through artificial intelligence, a future anticipation function is employed to create future jobs by extracting job information from bigdata, and an information providing system with easy access is built to interlink online media. The present invention includes: an input unit providing information provided online; an application program interface (API) driver extracting job information by retrieving and analyzing the information provided from the input unit; and a bigdata server (60) receiving the information from the input unit and the API drive (40) to retrieve and analyze words associated with jobs.
