The present invention relates to a multi-phase hologram pattern manufacturing method applied to a wavelength selector switch using LCOS and a wavelength selector switch using the same. According to the present invention, insertion loss and crosstalk in the wavelength selector switch can be greatly reduced by applying a multi-phase hologram pattern to an LCOS element. The method comprises the steps of: producing an original image; producing a hologram pattern; and producing a multi-phase hologram pattern.
