The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a raw fabric product by forming air gaps (11) in fabric woven with polyester yarns having different alkali hydrolysis speeds, which forms base fabric with general polyester yarns for giving permeability to a fiber product; weaves a portion requiring the air gaps (11) by using cation dyeable polyester yarns having a rapid alkali hydrolysis speed and not easily being dissolved at high temperatures by space gaps in the warp (12) direction and in the weft (13) direction of the fabric; and completely dissolves the cation dyeable polyester yarns with a sodium hydroxide solution at 100-120°C, thereby expressing stripe or grid patterned air gaps (11). The present invention expresses the stripe patterned air gaps if arranging the general polyester yarns and the cation dyeable polyester yarns at ratios of 6-14:2-4 to have the space intervals in the warp (12) direction alone and expresses the regular and irregular grid patterned air gaps if arranging the general polyester yarns and the cation dyeable polyester yarns at ratios of 6-14:2-4 in the warp (12) direction and at ratios of 6-14:2-4 in the weft direction.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
