HMI REAL-TIME INDUSTRIAL STORAGING SYSTEM AND STORAGING METHOD UTILIZING HMI AND BIG DATA TECHNOLOGY

According to the present invention, provided is a large capacity industrial data real-time storage system which utilizes HMI and big data technology. The industrial data real-time storage system includes an HMI device and a DB cloud device. The HMI device includes: a collection unit which collects sensing data transmitted from a PLC device included to transmit and receive the sensing data from at least one sensing device included in industrial equipment; a memory unit which stores the sensing data collected in the collection unit; a calculation unit which generates conversion data by converting the sensing data by a preset calculation process; and a transmission unit which transmits the conversion data converted by the calculation unit. The DB cloud device includes: a reception unit which receives the conversion data from the transmission unit; a reception memory unit which stores the collected conversion data; an integration unit which generates integrated data by integrating the conversion data stored in the reception memory unit; an integration memory unit which stores the integrated data; and a service unit which provides data stored in the integrated memory unit according to the request of a client. The DB cloud device respectively includes a plurality of reception units and a plurality of reception memory units. The conversion data is stored to be distributed to the plurality of reception memory units through the plurality of reception units. The present invention is able to collect and store data while minimizing data loss.
