A surface treatment method of a metal electrode of the present invention is effective in preventing undesired deformation such as warpage, tearing, bending, and the like, which are generated when physical force is applied to the surface of the metal electrode to form a pattern, while precisely controlling the pattern formation on the surface. In addition, the metal electrode manufactured by the method has an excellent effect of suppressing dendrite formation by having a precisely controlled pattern.
