The present invention relates to a method for generating an operation load spectrum of an aircraft, comprising: a step of loading flight data including driving and state data of each element in accordance with flight of an aircraft; a first matching step of searching for second driving data related to driving of a second part matched with first state data about the state of a first part from the flight data; a second matching step of searching for a flight variable matched with first driving data about the driving of the first part from the flight data; a step of calculating a stress equation of the first part from the flight variable; and a step of generating an operation load spectrum from the second driving data, the flight variable, and the stress equation. According to the present invention, the method for generating the operating load spectrum of an aircraft is able to improve the reliability by generating a load spectrum of a specific point in consideration of the influence of various points in accordance with the operation to enable accurate estimation of the lifetime.
