Provided is a biocompatible cartilage-derived tissue sheet which is cross-linkable by undergoing a reaction between animal cartilage-derived tissues and a cross-linking agent. Moreover, provided is a production method thereof. According to the present invention, the biocompatible cartilage-derived tissue sheet is capable of delaying a decomposition period in body owing to cross-linkage by the cross-linking agent. Since the decomposition period can be adjusted depending on the degree of cross-linkage due to a cross-linking time and types of cross-linking agents, the biocompatible cartilage-derived tissue sheet can be useful as tissue engineering supports, drug deliveries, and antiadhesives.
