The present invention relates to a bioreactor for an extracellular matrix support and a method for culturing cells in an extracellular matrix support using the same and, more specifically, to a method for effectively injecting cells into an extracellular matrix support and culturing cells using a bioreactor for an extracellular matrix support comprising: a main body having an accommodation space for accommodating an extracellular matrix support therein and having an open hole connected to the accommodation space; a port including a first pump port or a second pump port connecting a peristaltic pump unit and the inside of the accommodation space or the extracellular matrix support located inside the accommodation space; a stopper having the port and detachably coupled to the main body to open and close the open hole; a peristaltic pump unit connected to the inside of the accommodation space or the extracellular matrix support located inside the accommodation space through the port; and a valve positioned between the peristaltic pump unit and the port to control the flow of a solution driven by the peristaltic pump unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
