The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a lignin-carbohydrate complex, comprising an extraction step of extracting pine cone with pectinase and an extraction solvent and obtaining an extract and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a lignin-carbohydrate complex, a lignin-carbohydrate complex manufactured thereby and a composition comprising the same. The lignin-carbohydrate complex inhibits a browning phenomenon and has excellent antioxidant and skin antiaging efficacy.
