Disclosed are an apparatus, a system, and a method for providing an optical access platform for expansion and coexistence of 10G, and a next-generation (NG) ethernet passive optical network (EPON) added on the basis of an infrastructure of 1G EPON in a fiber to the home (FTTH) section. The apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a first port unit including a plurality of ports having an EPON signal of a unique bandwidth set therein, and having the set EPON signal communicating through each of the ports connected from an optical line terminal (OLT) device; a second port unit having the EPON signal of different bandwidths communicating as an integrated signal through the ports connected to a subscriber terminal; and a wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) unit for receiving a wavelength section different for each bandwidth of the EPON signal from the OLT device to be set, multiplexing the EPON signal received through each of the first port units on the basis of the WDM applied with the wavelength section to generate the integrated signal, and transmitting the integrated signal to the subscriber terminal through the second port unit in a downward direction. According to the present invention, an overlapping wavelength of 1G and 10G is separated into a unique wavelength section, and simultaneously, EPON communications for different bands can be performed.
