Disclosed are a hybrid full bridge LLC converter, and a driving method thereof. The hybrid full bridge LLC converter of the present invention which performs voltage conversion between an input capacitor for supplying an input voltage and a battery, and is operated in accordance with a constant current (CC) mode or a constant voltage (CV) for charging the battery, comprises: a switching unit connected to an input capacitor, and including a full-bridge circuit provided with first to fourth switches; a first full-bridge LLC converter including a first transformer connected to the switching unit to convert the input voltage transmitted through the switching unit, a first rectifier circuit for receiving the input voltage converted by the first transformer to rectify the same, and a first output capacitor connected to the first rectifier circuit; and a second full-bridge LLC converter including a second transformer connected to the switching unit to convert the input voltage transmitted through the switching unit, a second rectifier circuit for receiving the input voltage converted by the second transformer to rectify the same, and a second output capacitor connected to the second rectifier circuit. Therefore, zero voltage switching in a CC mode, and a main switching operation under a zero voltage switching condition can be performed, and the main switching operation can be performed under the zero voltage switching in the CC mode.
