The present invention relates to a polymer-dispersed liquid crystal film containing at least two types of photosetting resins ensuring excellent optical properties, adhesiveness, and liquid crystal properties. The present invention further relates to a production method thereof. The polymer-dispersed liquid crystal film of the present invention is produced by mixing at least two types of photosetting resins with excellent adhesiveness and optical properties, and exhibits enhanced effects in terms of haze and penetration rate, compared to films produced by containing a single type of curable resins. In addition, the polymer-dispersed liquid crystal film of the present invention can be applied to various industrial products such as smart windows, TVs, and vehicles requiring transparent and opacification functions.
