According to an embodiment of the present invention, an instant water heating device comprises: a heater unit heating introduced water; an input voltage sensing unit sensing input voltage supplied to the heater unit; a flux control valve controlling the flux of introduced water; a flux sensor sensing the flux of introduced water; and a control unit controlling an initial setting value with respect to the opening degree of the flux control valve according to the input voltage, calculating water pressure based on the flux of introduced water and controlling the flux control valve again according to the water pressure.
