A power brokerage transaction system for performing power brokerage transaction in association with a distributed generator locally distributed and an energy storage system (ESS) comprises: a power generation amount collection unit collecting a power generation amount from a plurality of distributed power generators by unit section; a charge and discharge amount collection unit collecting a charge and discharge amount from the ESS by unit section; a calculation unit comparing a generation amount with a bid winning amount by unit section to calculate power generation error rate and calculating a charge and discharge amount for compensating for the power generation error rate; and a command transmission unit transmitting a charge and discharge command in accordance with the calculated charge and discharge amount to the ESS, wherein the calculation unit can calculate the charge and discharge amount for compensating for the power generation error rate in an (N-1)^th unit section and the charge and discharge amount for compensating for the power generation error rate in an N^th unit section.
