MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ECO-FRIENDLY AMINO ACID FERTILIZER FROM THE SLAUGHTERED LIVESTOCK BLOOD

The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an eco-friendly amino acid fertilizer by using the blood of slaughtered livestock. More specifically, the method includes: a slaughtered livestock blood heating step of heating the blood of slaughtered livestock; a slaughtered livestock blood smashing step of smashing the blood heated through the heating step; a purifying step of purifying the blood smashed through the slaughtered livestock blood smashing step; a decomposing step of decomposing the blood purified through the purifying step by mixing proteolytic enzymes with the blood; a microorganism fermenting step of adding microorganisms to the blood decomposed through the decomposing step to ferment the blood; and a fertilizer component mixing step of mixing the fermented matter with water, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and a mineral mixture. As such, the eco-friendly amino acid fertilizer manufacturing method is capable of providing an eco-friendly amino acid fertilizer without chemical components, having outstanding performance by using the blood of slaughtered livestock.
