The present invention relates to a microfluidic chip for diagnosing disease, and an analysis method using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a microfluidic chip for diagnosing disease, which comprises: a transparent polymer substrate; and a channel layer having a microfluidic channel formed on the substrate. The microfluidic channel layer further includes a probe drop region and a conjugate drop region including monoclonal antibody. The present invention further relates to an analysis method using the same. By applying the substrate made of polymers, it is possible to carry out a quantitative analysis based on concentration of antigen while improving stability of products depending on surrounding environment.
