Compositions comprising fixed doses of ETC-1002 and ezetimibe are disclosed herein. Also disclosed herein are methods of using fixed amounts of ETC-1002 and ezetimibe. Utilization includes the treatment of cardiovascular disease in a subject or a method of reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease. The use also includes a method of treating hypercholesterolemia in a subject.
