Disclosed are a system for improving a quality of the indoor air, and a method therefor. According to the present invention, the system for improving a quality of the indoor air comprises: a sensor unit positioned inside a specific space and measuring factors affecting an indoor environment; a control unit analyzing data received from the sensor unit and transmitting a control signal based on the analyzed data; and an injection unit injecting solution in accordance with the control signal. The control unit enables the injection unit to inject liquid when the analyzed data is larger than a preset reference value. According to the present invention, the liquids of various conditions are injected in accordance with indoor concentration of fine dust to form a comfortable indoor environment.
