The present invention relates to a golf course control system and method based on data communications, which can efficiently manage various operation items such as customers, carts, employees, etc. of a golf course based on the data communications. The golf course control system based on the data communications according to the present invention comprises: a cart terminal configured to be mountable on a golf cart and including a display for displaying information and a location information module and a data communication module for detecting current location information of the cart (hereinafter called first location information); an employee terminal configured to be wearable on a physical body or portable, including a display for displaying information, an input unit for inputting information and a location information module and a data communication module for detecting current location information of a carrier (hereinafter called second location information); and a control unit including a display for displaying information, a data communication module for communicating with the employee terminal and the cart terminal and a server for calculating, processing and storing information and receiving the first location information and the second location information from the cart terminal and the employee terminal in real time respectively. Each of the cart terminal and the employee terminal is provided with a medium recording an application program for implementing a function of transmitting and receiving message or voice information to or from the control unit via each data communication module.
