The present invention relates to a platform which performs an industry scrap trading by using expert dispatch and, more specifically, to a relay platform which performs connection so that a user can trade an industrial scrap at an appropriate value by providing information about a scrap, price information by grade and item of an industrial scrap via online and providing grade of an industrial scrap and actual transaction information by dispatching an expert to a field. In the platform according to the present invention, each item, grade, and price of a scrap and personal information are stored in a central information management system (10); a user asks about the scrap through a query service providing system (2000) of the scrap according to the content; and the asked content is classified automatically and evaluated. The present invention is formed to include a relay service which connects a processing company for transaction after assessing the scrap on site by dispatching an expert through an expert dispatch service system (3000) when a user requests a site visit assessment request of the scrap after using the service. The platform is provided to provide information of the industrial scrap and relays a transaction. The platform has an effect of enabling an easy, safe, and reliable transaction even if no value and no information exist about the scrap.
