Disclosed are a connection board system performing a temperature and humidity control function, and a method of controlling a temperature and humidity of a connection board using the same, capable of preventing a short-circuit state of a connection board power device or a connected circuit, sensing humidity content, and operating a fan switch such that a temperature and humidity are at an appropriate level of a system operation. A connection board system capable of controlling a temperature and humidity comprises: a control unit installed in a connection board and playing a role as a computing device; a sensor unit including at least one air temperature sensor, at least one heating sensor and at least one humidity sensor to measure an air temperature and humidity in a connection board and a heating temperature of connection board components; an air blowing unit for discharging internal air to the outside, or introducing external air to the inside; and an interface capable of visually providing a user with a state of the connection board system, and enabling the user to operate the connection board system. Therefore, a temperature and humidity in a connection board are controlled.
