The present invention relates to a composition for treating or preventing human papillomavirus (HPV) infection, and specifically, to an antiviral composition capable of treating or preventing HPV infection by containing as an active ingredient an extract or fraction of Eisenia bicyclis. In addition, since the composition of the present invention is not toxic, the composition can be taken in the form of food.
