Preparation of monodisperse porous microsphere

The present invention relates to a method for producing a porous microsphere, comprising the following steps: producing an oil-phase solution containing a pore former and a biodegradable polymer; producing a water-phase solution containing a surfactant, and injecting the oil-phase solution and the water-phase solution into polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) chips respectively so as to form a microsphere; and solidifying the microsphere. The present invention further relates to a porous microsphere produced thereby.
