Gd Gd-containing Anti-Coking Solid Acid Catalysts and Preparation Method and Use thereof

The present invention relates to an anti-coking catalyst containing a solid acid catalyst containing gadolinium (Gd) on the surface; to a method of preparing the same; and to a use of the same. The method comprises: a first step for selecting, with respect to the total weight of a solid acid catalyst, an amount of gadolinium (Gd) or a Gd-containing precursor which reduces coking of a solid acid catalyst under a reaction condition to an extent; and a second step of using the selected amount in the first step to prepare a Gd-containing solid acid catalyst. The catalyst according to the present invention has gadolinium impregnated in an appropriate weight ratio on the surface of a pure solid acid catalyst material or solid acid catalyst impregnated with a metal, and in hydrocarbon conversion reactions, suppresses the formation of coke on the surface of the catalyst while maintaining the activity of the solid acid catalyst, and consequently, the lifetime of the catalyst is extended.
