The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a Fe-Cr-based alloy using a mixed reduction gas, comprising: a step of manufacturing a Fe-Cr-based alloy containing chromium (Cr), molybdenum (Mo), and the remainder of iron (Fe) and unavoidable impurities through a water spray process; and a step of reducing oxides generated during the water spray process by adjusting a flow rate of a mixed gas of CH_4 and H_2 and, at the same time, adjusting content of carbon of the reduced powder. Accordingly, provided are effects capable of improving characteristics of the powder, such as strength and density of Fe-based powder, due to the water spray process, and capable of using the mixed gas of CH_4 and H_2 in order to remove the oxide generated during the water spray process, so as to perform reduction and, at the same time, adjust the content of the carbon.
