The present invention relates to an in-situ agitating device, and more specifically, the in-situ agitating device comprises: a driving means; a penetration pipe having a gas inlet formed at a lower portion thereof; a mounting tube orthogonal to an end of the penetration pipe and having a plurality of injection holes formed at upper and lower ends thereof; a rotating body having a pair of rotating shafts rotating at both ends of the mounting tube by receiving rotational force from the driving means; and a stirring blade including a first rotating blade and a second rotating blade, wherein the first rotating blade and the second rotating blade are coupled to the rotating shaft and have a plurality of spikes on the outer surface thereof.
