The present invention relates to an integrated concentrator and dehydrator in which sludge in sewage or wastewater is concentrated in a concentrator, and then transported to a dehydrator through a screw feeder. In particular, if an overload state of a motor (208) for rotating a screw (204) of a screw feeder (200) is detected, the sludge introduced from a concentrator (100) is accumulated and compressed on a part of the surface of a blade of the screw (204). As water generated during the process of accumulating and compressing the sludge passes through water passing holes of the blade of the screw (204) and wets the sludge inside the screw feeder (200), so flowability of the sludge increases, and thus clogging of the screw feeder (200) is prevented while viscosity of the sludge inside the screw feeder (200) is lowered.
