In the present invention, provided are a system for tracking a patient movement and a contact in a hospital based on Internet of things, and a control method thereof. The control method of the present invention comprises: a first process of registering personal information on all persons who enter a set region or a hospital through a management server, and providing a BLE ID card based on the Internet of things; a second process of measuring, by the BLE ID card, a location thereof in the set region or the hospital after the first process, configuring the same with unique recognition information as movement information, measuring location information on all surrounding contacts in accordance with a reference for each set stage to store the same, broadcasting contact information to the outside, and collecting the broadcasted information by the management server; and a third process of analyzing, by the management server, movement information and all contact information on all persons moved in the hospital collected by the BLE ID card after the first process, and tracking and managing the contact information being in contact with an infected patient. According to the present invention, a BLE ID card is to be carried by all persons including a patient moved in a hospital to allow locations and interactive contact signals to be transmitted to a management server from a corresponding BLE ID card so as to analyze the same with big data. Therefore, a movement of an infected patient in a hospital and contacts thereof can be precisely tracked and managed so the infected patient and the contacts thereof can be efficiently tracked and controlled in an emergency medical situation. Accordingly, the management efficiency for an infected person is maximized.
