CT Apparatus and Method for CT Image Reconstruction Based on Motion Compensation

A method for reconstructing CT data based on motion compensation is provided. The method of the present invention comprises the steps of: obtaining N umber of CT projection images, wherein N is a natural number, and the N number of projection images are composed of N/2 number of projection image pairs; performing motion compensation on any one projection image of each of the N/2 number of projection image pairs to generate a projection image with a compensated motion; and reconstructing CT data by using N/2 number of CT projection images without motion compensation and the N/2 number of projection images with the motion compensation among the N number of the CT projection images.
