The present invention relates to an estimated working allowance calculating application using big data-based cross-validation of location information and a system thereof. The estimated working allowance calculating application according to the present invention comprises: at least one user terminal in which the estimated working allowance calculating application is installed and executed; and an operation server which calculates an estimated amount of working allowance based on work contract information and location information received from the user terminal and transmits the estimated amount to the user terminal. When there is a request from the user terminal, the estimated working allowance calculating application further comprises at least one service terminal which is associated with a legal representative for proceeding with an allowance claim based on the estimated amount of working allowance. Therefore, the present invention assists in facilitating a fair claim for overtime work prescribed by the Labor Standards Act through the application installed in the user terminal owned or used by an employee, thereby contributing to the promotion and protection of the rights of employees.
