Disclosed is an anti-allergy composition comprising a Larix sibirica extract as an active ingredient. The composition can inhibit secretion of allergenic materials in granules of mast cells, can inhibit formation of histamine in mast cells, formation of prostaglandin, formation of interleukin and formation of tumor necrosis factor and can inhibit formation of TARC in human epidermal keratinocyte, thereby being usefully used for preventing, alleviating and/or treating allergy.
