Disclosed are a catalyst for producing high carbon number hydrocarbon from a phenolic compound via a one-stage reaction, a production method thereof, and a method for producing the high carbon number hydrocarbon using the catalyst. The catalyst contains a metal oxide support; and a metal nanoparticle supported on the support. The catalyst enables production of deoxidized hydrocarbon compounds with high carbon numbers greater than or equal to 13, by undergoing a hydrodeoxygenation reaction and a polymerization reaction using a biomass-derived phenolic compound via the one-stage reaction.
