Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for correcting abrasion of a computer numerical control (CNC) tool which can automatically recommend and apply a CNC tool abrasion correction value. According to the present invention, the method for correcting abrasion of a CNC tool performed by the CNC tool abrasion correction apparatus comprises the steps of: collecting and storing data from at least one of a raw material mill sheet, a CNC controller, a processed goods inspection apparatus, and a sensor; inputting the data in a CNC tool abrasion correction model which finishes learning so as to execute the CNC tool abrasion correction model; and outputting a correction value which is a result of executing the CNC tool abrasion correction model.
