The present invention relates to a PTT smart watch system for providing a PTT service by interworking with a server having an electrocardiogram database by using a biometric human identification method based on electrocardiogram. The PTT smart watch system comprises: a plurality of user terminals which can perform biometric recognition, and can perform PTT communication; and a server for receiving electrocardiogram data and a PTT message from a first user terminal, transmitting the electrocardiogram data to the electrocardiogram database, and transmitting the PTT message to at least one second user terminal which enters a PTT channel when biometric human identification is performed from the electrocardiogram database. According to the present invention, by using the biometric human identification method based on electrocardiogram, the security in a PTT communication system is improved, and the PTT smart watch system can be simply used. Furthermore, the health of a user can be managed by interworking with a health management application of a smartphone by using the electrocardiogram data.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
