A color emitting layer comprising a plurality of light emitting elements in a first array, and an organic light emitting diode (OLED) display device having an electronic device layer. The electronic device layer includes a plurality of pixel driver circuits each including an electrode contact. The electronic device layer includes a plurality of independently addressable sub-regions each comprising an electrode contact of the same pattern produced using a single reticle exposure. Each sub-region is oriented differently in the plane, such that the first array of light-emitting elements is electrically connected to the patterned electronic device layer.
