The present invention relates to a shot correcting basketball which solves an existing problem, in which a user does not know how to grip a basketball for a shot posture, by marking a correct palm gripping drawing on a surface of the basketball to induce basketball gripping for an optimal shot. The shot correcting basketball comprises: a left hand marking displayed with a drawing of a left palm attaching surface for a correct shot on the surface of the basketball to enable a user to make an exquisite shot by correctly gripping the basketball; and a right hand marking having a right palm surface drawn on the surface of the basketball to enable the user to easily shoot the basketball.
