Temperature-responsive cubic phase containing Ion complex which exhibits temperature-dependent self-assembling property

The present invention relates to a temperature-responsive cubic phase manufactured by immobilizing an ion complex having a temperature-dependent self-assembling property on a cubic-phase water channel. More specifically, an ionic complex formed of polyethylimine and cinnamic acid is immobilized on a mono-olein cubic phase and is configured to control and release a material loaded on the cubic phase by reacting with temperature. The temperature-responsive cubic phase of the present invention has the effect of releasing loaded contents in response to temperature changes through the immobilization of a polyethyleneimine/cinnamic acid ion complex having self-assembling and self-disassembling properties depending on temperature changes.
