Provided is a sensor-based muscle exercise assistive teaching device which comprises: a housing (10) mounted to a barbell; and a sensor module (20) including a sensor part (100) and an output part (600). The sensor part (100) is disposed in the housing (10) and includes a three-dimensional gyro sensor (110) and a three-dimensional acceleration sensor (120).
