The present invention relates to a paint composition for preventing attachment of a phosphorescent advertisement, and a sheet for preventing attachment of a phosphorescent advertisement comprising the same. The paint composition comprises: a main material comprising an acrylate-based compound, an acrylic emulsion resin, a phosphorescent pigment, a silane compound and a solvent for a main material; a first curing agent comprising a transparent bead, a diisocyanate compound and a solvent for the first curing agent; and a second curing agent comprising an aziridine compound, a diisocyanate compound and a solvent for the second curing agent. Therefore, the paint composition prevents attachment of the phosphorescent advertisement, improves light emitting performance, and lasts the light emitting performance for a long time.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
