The present invention relates to a method for preparing artificial tracheal scaffolds using animal tracheal tissues. Bio-artificial tracheal scaffolds manufactured by the method can be safely used for regenerating and treating tissue when compared to existing materials manufactured from artificial synthetic materials, have high biocompatibility, can greatly reduce environmental pollution sources and can be usefully used as a biomaterial of good quality when compared to existing tracheal substitutes using artificial materials.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
