Prediction of suicidal tendencies using combined genome and clinical risk assessment

Discloses a method for screening the expression levels of a biomarker and a biomarker for predicting suicidal tendency (in the present specification, suicide ideation formation and behavior, future hospitalization and suicide completion). Quantitative questionnaires and mobile applications for assessing adherence status and for assessing sociodemographic and psychological suicide risk factors, and their use for computing scores that can predict suicidal tendencies are also disclosed. Finally, algorithms for combining biomarkers and computer apps to identify subjects at risk of committing suicide, and methods for alleviating and preventing suicidal tendencies based on biomarkers and computer apps are disclosed.
