A seawater intake device according to the present invention comprises: an intake tower installed in the sea; and a water storage tank installed underground while communicating with the intake tower by fluid, wherein the water storage tank comprises a dissolved oxygen floating device. According to the seawater intake device, as the dissolved oxygen floating device is installed in the seawater intake device, an installation space can be reduced. Accordingly, a seawater desalination plant and a sewage treatment plant can be easily applied even to a narrow area.
