The present invention relates to an empathic emotion analyzing method through a video analysis and a system thereof. A reasoning method comprises the following steps of: obtaining a moving picture from a subject placed under social environments; extracting video information with respect to a difference between before and after frames from the moving picture; detecting a change amount between frames from the video information to extract a motion data value of the subject; and analyzing a motion amount of the subject to determine whether the subject is sympathized.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
