A clinical decision support system of the present invention comprises: an input unit which receives input data input by medical staff; a parsing unit which, for the input data received through the input unit, uses a storage rule pre-stored in a rule database to classify the same into a storage rule and an input rule and outputs the same; an algorithm operation unit which receives the storage rule and the input rule output by the parsing unit, and determines whether to store the input rule as a new storage rule; a rule determination unit which, when it is determined that the determination on whether the input rule is a new storage rule is incomplete by the algorithm operation unit, uses thesis data and clinical result data to perform an additional analysis for the input rule; a basis thesis reference unit which is connected to the rule determination unit, and collects interior or exterior thesis data; and a clinical result reference unit which is connected to the rule determination unit, and collects interior or exterior clinical result data. The clinical decision support system stores new storage rules for input data directly input by medical staff, thereby providing backup data for a more accurate clinical decision support for medical staff.
