Disclosed is a video wall system. The video wall system comprises first and second display devices. The first display device displays a first individual image obtained by dividing a first area from a first video wall image, transmits the first video wall image to the second display device among the plurality of display devices, generates a second video wall image obtained by changing the first video wall image when a performance condition of a screen deterioration prevention operation is satisfied while the first individual image is being displayed, displays a second individual image obtained by dividing a first area from the generated second video wall image, and transmits the generated second video wall image to the second display device. The second display device displays a third individual image obtained by dividing a second area, which is different from the first area, from one received from the first display device among the first and second video wall images. Accordingly, screen deterioration can be prevented without a screen distortion while displaying a video wall image.
