The present invention provides a device and a method for sharing a comment related to content in a mobile communication terminal. The method for sharing a comment in a mobile communication terminal according to the present invention comprises the following processes of: receiving a comment with respect to a content file being played; reading a comment uniform resource locator (URL) from a metadata storage space of the content file; and storing the comment with respect to the received content file in the storage space of the read comment URL.
