The present invention relates to an eco city landscape system which is composed of a water permeation block (30), sand and gravel layers, a water collecting tank (20), a water pump (40), a water pump connecting supply pipe (41), a supply tank (10), a solar panel (1) and a battery (2), discharging pipes (50, 51), a railing frame (100) and a railing post (110), a spraying pipe (70), a wick member (71), and flower beds (200, 300). The eco city landscape system prevent floods caused by rainwater and the rainwater is naturally purified by plants planted in the flower beds and gradually introduced into the soil, thereby solving problems including the depletion of groundwater, the excessive consumption of water when supplying water by nozzles to the flower beds, and the power consumption due to water supply.
