The present invention relates to a device for testing propeller performance and cavitation of a ship, and a performance and cavitation test method using the same and, more specifically, relates to the propeller performance and cavitation test device of a ship and a performance and cavitation test method using the same, wherein a propeller performance test of various ships can be performed in a self-propelling floating dock. According to the present invention, the propeller performance test device comprises: a floating dock provided with a self-propelling means; a device body provided in the floating dock, wherein a propeller is coupled to one end thereof; and a measurement means measuring thrust and torque of the propeller.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
